Quite the surprise. Modem aesthetic in shed of grey. Felt new and clean and safe. Nestled between the 101 and the railway you get to choose which noise source you prefer. Well positioned for walking in Sants Rosa, and well positioned for our wine tasting.
Strategic location in downtown Santa Rosa. Walkable distance to all great restaurants. Great staff and decent inhouse dining and pub.
Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They were always greeting and smiling at us. The complimentary wine tasting was an added bonus for sure. The location of the hotel is great, short walk to downtown. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and daily cleaning was done. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
Very nice place, clean, staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The only downside was the Starbucks breakfasts, wish they were really like the ones in the elevator photos. The Starbucks staff were very nice.

Travelled here for a solo business trip. Rooms were great and clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff was awesome and efficient. Great service, loved the outdoor hot tub. The bar/coffee shop was nice as well. My only qualm was with the hours of the bar/restaurant being not super long and that there was no breakfast included but those are minor and didn't detract much from my experience. Would stay again!!
Staff is outstanding, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice. I expected a little more bang for the buck, but decent. If for no other reason ,I would come back to stay just because of the staff.
I was here for business. Chicken was a breeze and very easy. The room had some interesting features. The bathroom sink and shower area headed door that separated it if need be which was nice. The room had a king bed and a sitting area and a large screen TV.
